*Note*. **SBP** = systolic blood pressure in mm Hg; **DBP** = diastolic blood pressure in mm Hg; **TRIGS** = triglycerides in mmol/L; **HDL** = high density lipoprotein cholesterol in mmol/L; WC = waist circumference in centimeters; **GLU** = blood glucose in mmol/L; **MetSSS** = calculated metabolic syndrome severity score.

MetSSS Batch Scoring

If you wish to score many values quickly, you can upload a CSV file with the values on each variable, and an updated CSV will be created with the MetSSS added as an additional column. The CSV file should contain columns for sbp, dbp, trigs, hdl, waist, glucose, and sex. Note that columns must be named exactly as specified and are case sensitive. Also sex must be labeled as "Female" or "Male" and is case sensitive (i.e., "male" will not work).
